Welcome! I’m Missy!
I became a Doula so that I could empower and help women and their partners to have the birth experience they hope for and deserve. I describe my lifestyle as Scrunchi (sorta- crunchy) which means that I try to buy cleaner, sustainable, natural products when I can. I bring this into my parenting style as well as my doula techniques. I support all types of childbirth preferences and will adjust myself to what you want for your experience. I offer services in Eau Claire, Menomonie, Durand, Mondovi, and surrounding areas.
Doula Services
I 100% believe that if I had a doula during the birth of my children that I would have had a completely different experience. I want to help ensure that expecting parents get the most out of their birthing experience.
Breastfeeding Counseling
I have a passion for counseling new moms on the benefits of breastfeeding along with how to be successful with it. I eventually would love to be an IBCLC to help families even more during their breastfeeding journey, because it is just that, a JOURNEY!
Childbirth Education
My Childbirth Education Classes offer so much more than the typical free hospital classes offer. I love to talk about all the different roles that hormones play during childbirth and how to trigger them to make your labor progress faster.
