During this 1 1/2- 2 hour class we will discuss the importance of birth plans and how to properly use them. I will explain all of the options that you have for your birth so that you can make informed decisions on what you believe you may want for your birth.
Once you pay for your class you will receive an email from me with a link to a birth plan outline. This will be everything that I will be going over in the class. If you can print it out to check things off, great! If not you can just write notes on a pad of paper.
Once you have all of your preferences written down you can send them to me and I will type you up a formal one page birth plan that you can print!
Group Class $35:
- This will be a group class held on zoom at 7pm on the first Monday of every month!
Private Class $45:
- You get to schedule the one on one class at anytime!
- Since this is one on one we get to get a bit more personal
