Every family deserves a the best pregnancy, birth and beyond. I support and assist in all types of births and offer a variety of services. My goal as a Doula is to empower and support pregnant women, and their partners, in all stages, to have the birth experience they deserve. Whether you want an unmedicated vaginal delivery, an epidural, home birth, or a planned c-section, my job is to empower you and make that a joyful reality and a pleasant experience. *Attendance at your birth may include a variety of things including: 

• Counter pressure
• Massage
• Aromatherapy 
• Emotional support
• Advocacy
• Discuss your options so you can make informed decisions 
• Coping/position suggestions
• Hydrotherapy (bath, shower)
• Breastfeeding support
• Rebozo techniques
• Creating a calming environment

*On call period just means that I won’t be making any big plans during that time and will have my phone on me at all times.

Packages

Basic Package: $800 *Payment Plans Available

• Free in person or virtual consultation to make sure I am the right fit for you
• 2 prenatal appointments focused on birth preparation 
• On call period (37 weeks-birth)
• Attendance at birth
• 1-2 hour breastfeeding and emotional support after birth
• 1 week follow up visit (1-2 hours) which may include:
  • Discuss how your birthing experience went
  • Home cooked meal
  • Breastfeeding support
• 24/7 text/call availability 

Deluxe Package $1000 *Payment Plans Available

• Everything included in Basic Package
• Prenatal Breastfeeding Basics Class (virtual)
• 1 extra postpartum visit (2-4 hours) that may include:
  • Meal planning
  • Light housekeeping
  • Organizing nursery/baby area
  • Newborn basics (bathing, baby wearing, feeding, etc)
• Free Breastfeeding Counseling (for the entire time the child is nursing)

Premium Package $1300 *Payment Plans Available

• Everything include in Deluxe Package
• 2 extra postpartum visits (2-4 hours each)
• 4 freezer meals prepped with instructions
• Photos during labor (if desired and time allows)

Add ons:

• Extra Postpartum daytime visits: $30/hour
• Overnight Visit: $35/hour
• Frozen Padsicles: 15 frozen padsicles made with witch hazel, lavender oil, and aloe vera. These will be delivered either before or right after delivery. $50 a batch
• 4 prepared freezer meals (you choose from a list of meals) baking instructions included $150
